Rental Terms

1. The driver must be at least 21 years old and must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
2. The driver must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was received.
3. The driver must comply with traffic regulations. All fines and damages resulting from their fault will be paid by them.
4. The renter’s liability may be limited provided that the traffic code is not violated and by paying … euros per day of rental.
5. The renter must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when it was received; otherwise, the difference will be charged.
6. In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately inform the lessor with details, and if necessary, also notify the police.
7. The renter is required to present a credit card as a rental guarantee.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with excess amount 500€:
With this insurance, the renter’s liability is reduced, provided they have accepted the terms of this agreement and do not violate the traffic code. Damages to tires and the underside of the vehicle, as well as theft of personal items, are not covered.
